Thank you for choosing Oven & BBQ Revive for your cleaning needs. The following terms and conditions outline the expectations and responsibilities for both you (the customer) and us (Oven&BBQ Revive) to ensure a smooth and satisfactory service experience.

1. Scheduling and Appointments

  • All cleaning appointments must be scheduled in advance. Online bookings are considered requests only and are subject to confirmation. We will verify availability and travel feasibility before confirming your appointment. If we cannot accommodate your requested date or time, we will contact you with alternative options.

  • A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking value, unless the time slot is filled by another customer.

2. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due immediately after the service is completed, unless prior arrangements have been made (e.g., for businesses or estate agents). We accept cash, bank transfers, or card payments.

  • For larger jobs, a deposit may be required.

  • If you will not be present at the time of service completion, payment must be made before we commence the cleaning. Payment is required before we leave the premises.

3. Liability

  • We take every reasonable precaution to protect your property during the cleaning process. However, we cannot be held responsible for:

    • Pre-existing damage or issues with your oven or BBQ (such as existing rust)

    • Damage caused by customer misuse or negligence.

4. Safety

Our technicians are fully trained in the safe handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment. However, we cannot be held responsible for injuries resulting from customer negligence or failure to follow our safety guidelines.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • We take pride in the quality of our work and offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours of the cleaning, and we will make every effort to resolve the issue.

6. Access and Parking

  • You must provide us with clear access to the oven, BBQ, and surrounding area at the scheduled cleaning time. If access is denied or the area is deemed unsafe, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment and charge a 50% cancellation fee.

  • If the appliance to be cleaned is not fully functional when tested, a 50% cancellation fee of the total service cost will become immediately due.

  • Parking: Please ensure parking is available within 50 metres of the property, ideally on a level surface to accommodate our specialist dip tank.

7. Additional Services
  • We may offer additional services, such as cleaning cooker hoods or replacing oven light bulbs. These services will be discussed with you beforehand and are subject to additional fees.

8. Non-Payment of Cancellation Fees

  • If a cancellation fee is incurred and not paid within 7 days of the cancellation, we reserve the right to submit your details to a debt collection agency to recover the outstanding amount. By booking our services, you agree to this condition.
